Privacy
The controller of personal data is Kaikei OÜ (registry code 14180537), Künnapuu tee 4, Suurupi küla, Harku vald, 76907 Harju maakond, Estonia. Contact: tellimus@vaidlus.ee.
What we process and why
- E-mail address: to limit the number of free assessments (two per address) and to contact you if you request an expert or a lawyer. For the limit we keep the address for 30 days.
- Case description, document text and photos: sent to Anthropic's Claude API to prepare the assessment. We do not store files. We keep a short version of the case description (up to 2,000 characters) and a summary of the assessment for 14 days so that you can refine the assessment and request an expert.
- Improving the service: we save the first assessment of each case (your e-mail address, the case description, your role, the amounts and a summary of the assessment; without documents, photos or IP address) in a separate table, to analyse which disputes occur and to improve the quality of assessments. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. We keep this for up to 24 months. Do not include names or personal ID codes in the description unless necessary.
- Expert, lawyer or contract template request (name, e-mail, phone, case summary): passed on with your consent to a construction expert or a lawyer, or used to send you a contract template offer. Kept for up to 12 months.
- IP address: to prevent misuse, for up to 2 days.
- Visit statistics: we count visits and requests. To count unique visitors we use an irreversible hash of the IP address and browser type, kept for 2 days. No cookies are used.
